The 28-year-old star won the Female Video of the Year award for her hit song Over You!
"This song means so much to me and to my husband and to our family. I just want to thank Blake's brother, Richie, in heaven for inspiring us to write this song." Miranda said during her acceptance speech.
Miranda's charity of choice, MuttNation Foundation also wins as the CMT Music Awards' CMT One Country initiative will make a donation in her honor. Since 2008, the organization has donated more than $300,000 to charities in conjunction with the CMT Music Awards.
